The quform-display-entries.php plugin doesn’t have the format I want. In my bond to other forms; the entries are valid for displaying a single form. (for example: https://support.themecatcher.net/forums/topic/limiting-preview-entries-data-layout-disappear)

I can list the customer request with the quform-entries-table.php plugin. But this plugin is only valid for one form request. I will have multiple forums. How do I display requests for each customer forms? I share my sample form image.
