ParticipantHi,
I purchased two copies of your plug in today. The first one installed & activated straight away. However, the second activation returns an error message “An error occurred verifying the license key, please try again”.
I can send you my two codes if you like (unless you can see them from the back end.
Can you let me know if there was a problem with the second code or is there is something else wrong please.
Many Thanks,

ParticipantHi,
The host platform for the site is on an internal server that has lots of additional security settings. Do you think that the issue is linked to an admin setting (the verification check failing as your database is not being allowed access to our server).
I haven’t had this problem with any other plug-in / theme etc. It seems to be directly linked to the verification process.
Is there an alternative validation process that I can follow ?
Many Thanks,

ParticipantHi Ally,
Thanks for the link. HTTP communication is obviously blocked.
All 3 failed on the second solution :
cURL : could not connect to the host
PHP Streams : failed error msg 10060
PHP fsockopen() : failed error msg 10060Work will not change the server settings for me to get a plug in to work. Can my license not be authenticated via another process?

ParticipantBrilliant – that worked perfectly !. Now shows as licensed 🙂
I could create a form but it had a flag to say it had not been licensed. didn’t want that to go to my recipients.
Really appreciate your help. Your plugin blows socks off it’s competitors so really wanted to use it in my current solution.
Thanks again.
