Add dynamic number of same rows based on user input number

I want the users to enter a numeric value for example, “the number of servers”. Once i get the number, I want to duplicate a group into rows those many times. So, basically, I want to duplicate a row multiple times based on user’s input. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks,

what if I want to restrict a user to a specific number? like for example The user can’t enter more than 20 or 30 and if he does enter a digit over 20 or 30, I want to show a special message instead of duplicating rows/groups. how can I achieve that please?
