Adding a Dialing/Area code dropdown to the form

Hi.

I am currently building a form and I would like to have a input for phone numbers, with a area/dialing code dropdown menu attached to it if possible.

Is there a feature for Quform I can use to do this? Or something similar?

Where do I add the files to install this plugin? I’m using Quform PHP and I’ve never had to install a plugin before.

Thank you. I have updated this and it looks correct. However when the form is submitted the area code is not submitted with the form.

Do you know why this might be?
