Adding a Dialing/Area code dropdown to the form

Hi there,

I am using the Quform for WordPress and I would like to know how I can Add a Dialing/Area code dropdown to the form. I can see one this topic is answered for Quform for php but I cannot see the answer from the support. The purchase licence is added and confirmed. Also I would like if there is a possibility when I click on entries to see the entries from all forms that are added, not just from one.

Thanks for the replay. Is there a way to set the swiss flag to be as default and not USA?
