I just picked up this form plugin and am trying to include images with each radio button option (important – and the reason I bought this particular plugin). I’m finding difficulty in doing this – when I add an image, it isn’t showing fully and is being cut off and the label is on top of the image that is showing. The image is supposed to be a square image.

Now I’m realizing that image is a “background image” rather than an image that illustrates the option they can select. How can I add an image that illustrates each option?

Basically, I want this look as shown on the sample form on the themecatcher website.

Well, sorry for all these posts…but I seem to have figured it out by importing the sample form. Thanks!!
