Admin for quform php

I really like this script as it works really well with my hosting as it sends the messages reliably, however a major drawback is that it has no admin for those non technical. Please let me know if there are any plans to create an admin for quform php? I understand there is a WordPress admin for this script but I really need an admin for the php version…. Pls advise, thanks.
