Admin menu title

Hello,
How to rename admin menu title from “QuForm” to “Forms” without breaking design
I tried this :

add_menu_page(
__(‘Quform’, ‘iphorm’),
__(‘Forms’, ‘iphorm’),
‘iphorm_list_forms’,
‘iphorm_forms’,
‘iphorm_forms’,
IPHORM_ADMIN_URL . ‘/images/menu-icon.png’,
‘30.249829482347

but entries design is brocken …
