AJAX Error, not reproduceable

Hello

Some of our customers get an AJAX Error (There was a Problem: AJAX Error).
But we can’t reproduce the problem, for us the form works as intended, so it’s probably not a plugin or theme compatibility issue.
The System/Browser where the problem occured was a Windows 7/IE 11 setup.
