Ajax error on site with frame-ancestors

when submitting the form the page pops an AJAX ERROR and the consolle shows error message:

"Refused to frame 'https://mywordpresssite.sample/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://ascensorsite.sample".
