Ajax error with docx file upload

Getting an ajax error for docx file uploads – really need to get this sorted. Any ideas how we can fix this?

.doc files work fine, as do jpeg.

I’ve removed the ability to upload docx files for now until a fix is provided.

Yes that’s correct, it is hosted with Go Daddy.

I’ve added back in the abiity to upload docx files (athough, I’ve not mentioned it in the sub label). For ease of testing though I’ve created a form with just the upload here – https://hdhwills.org/form-test/

Hey Ally,

Just confirmed with Go Daddy that they don’t allow docx uploads. Thanks for your help on this. I think I’m going to just limit the uploads to pdf.

That said, if you could change the error message from ‘ajax error’ to something more descriptive I think that would help others in future – if that’s possible of course.
