I’m building an registration form with Quform and I’m experiencing an issue in the form builder preview.

    Issue:
    The preview shows the message:

“An error occurred loading the preview (Ajax error)”

This happens only when I add Checkbox , radio or Multi-select fields.
If I remove those fields, the preview works normally. Other field types work without any issues.

    What I’ve tried:

Ensured all checkbox fields have labels and values

    Removed empty or “Untitled” fields

Checked fields are not inside broken groups or HTML blocks

Saved and refreshed the form multiple times

The frontend form structure appears stable; the issue mainly affects the builder preview.

Could you please advise if this is a known issue or suggest a workaround?

    Thank you for your support.
