Ajax problem

Hi I have tried many of the fixes for the ajax problems but none of them are working, i keep getting the following errors: Error saving the form
Ajax error sometime it will work other times it wont save.

The same thing happens sometimes in the preview box where the form should show.
I have tried debugging but i cant make any sense of it,

Please help, i can send on temp access to have a look.
