Ajax Submission Error

I am receiving an ajax error while using the form for video submissions. It appears to only be on larger videos approaching 1GB. I have set the max file size to 10GB and 100GB without success. Any ideas how to solve this? I read the documentation mentioning different php file size settings, where are those limits found?
