I’ve set up the attached recipients on an individual form, however when that form is submitted an email is ALSO sent to the default email address.
How can I have a specific forms submissions only be sent to the emails configured on that form? I do NOT want the default email address to get an email.
After additional testing it appears we thought this was occurring due to an extended delay in the delivery of submission emails. Because there was up to an hour delay there was overlap in testing. I believe everything is working as it should.
