Our contact forms were working fine until recently when we got hacked. After solving the issue, and having our website up and running again, we noticed the error “An error occurred submitting the form”.
The entries still appear in WordPress but the error is shown on the page and also no emails forwarded.
We’ve tried out the 3 steps under this post but it still fails to work.
