Since 1-2 week ago, So many of my clients complaint that they got this error message “An error occurred submitting the form” after they click the “submit”, then my clients will click the submit again and again until successful.
problem 1: That’s why I got so many duplicate submission sent to my email. see picture.
problem 2: submission data would not save to database in this case, it seems like skipping to send data to database.
