An error occurred submitting the form: PLEASE HELP

HI, I’ve gone through the trouble shooting guide and have implemented all three suggestions – it’s actually my standard procedure to do all of those things.

The forms were working fine until today, and now I’m getting complaints left and right about this error:

“An error occurred submitting the form”.

I tried submitting the form myself, and I still get the same error.

Please help!

These are the only errors I received from the debug.log. I don’t see anything that relates to Quform.

Hi Ally, I sent you the info. However, the forms are no longer creating the error. Do you know why they would stop working and then work again intermittently?

I’m also getting the same error. see attached images.
I’m using Avada Theme. This plugin was working fine, not sure what happened and not sure how to fix it. help!!

i checked all the possible solutions above but nothing works.
