arabic translation in frontend

Hi,

I have followed the following url and created the .pot and .mo files for arabic.

Translating Quform

Based on the above url, I am able to translate the admin panel quform related labels and messages. But how I will display the quform labels/text/messages in front end to be translated in arabic? I am using qtranslate plugin to display arabic translation?

Thanks Ally for the quick reply. But if we create two forms and if we are opting to save the data to database it will save in two tables or is it possible to enter in a single table?
