Auto Create Fields

Hi,

Not sure if this is possible but it would be really great if it is. What I would like to achieve is the following.
Customer has a form field, and it says “Number of people attending” and the client can select a number ranging from 1-99.

Once the option is chosen i.e say 4 then below that 4 fields containing First Name, Last Name are automatically created.

Would this be possible?

If the above is not possible can this be changed to work with the First Name, Last Name Fields.
