Automatic Mail after add a Label

Hello,
is it possible to send an automatic email if we deposit a certain label?

We want to use it for applicant management.
However, we get 90% applications that do not fit for the Job.
So it would be easiest if we could reject the applicant directly via the system without having to send everyone an email.

so we would only have to select the label canceled and a ready-made mail will go out

is something like that possible?
