AutoReply Email and email Notification

I would Like the email Notification to admin and the Auto Reply to customer to be formatted the same when i view the entries in wordpress and to automatically include all submitted fields.
I know i can do it with html but it is a big problem when you have a long form and to enter so much html .

Thanks Ally what about the notifications and autoreply being sent in a nicely formatted table like when you view each entry in wordpress ?
