I found it! Thank you so much!! instead of using email-html.php, you can change the path to include your own path in your theme folder, this is a reference for everyone that is looking to do something custom

I’ve got mine so that it sends a word document out.

Is there a way to insert some of the form values inside of the word document, before attaching and sending?

Ideally all I want is to get the users name from the form and insert it into the dedicated area on the .doc file.
