Background / Background group upload not working

Hi,

I just buy the Storm WordPress. But I can’t upoad image in Background or Create a Background Group.
The upload begins, works but after few seconds the upload stops without any message.

Could you help me ?

I verify all permissions. All OK.
I deleted and re install WordPress and now, the Storm theme works well.
