Background Image Upload Button

I installed this theme for a friend, I am able to upload background images, he is not, we are both running firefox v21 and all security settings appear to be the same. ALSO; Is it possible to increase the size of the font for the captions on the background images?

I had already asked about the flash install but have not heard back. Will let you know if that is the issue. As for the font size I put the code in the CSS custom code box but do not observe any difference. I also notice it would be helpful if this font could have its colour changed.
