background video setting

Hi

I want to make specific pages like demo page below

Video background (HD)

When someone access with PC,I want to desplay the youtube video background.
When someone access with mobile devises,I want to desplay a background image.

But it doesn’ work well in my HP.
When I put the background image,I cannot see the video even on PC.
Please check the setting page image attached.
How can I do it?

I really like this theme.
