    Hey Guys.

I’m using your system to handle travel request forms on our Intranet.

I’m wanting to add a few sections to the bottom of the form that, ideally, only get displayed when the form has been printed out.

To be a little clearer. The way its setup at the moment is as follows

We have an online form – User fills this out – the form is emailed to HR – HR book travel requests etc – print out the request – (at this point I ideally want a few extra blank fields that would manually be entered (via an actual pen or pencil….) – print out is then filed away.

    Grateful for any help

    Many thanks
