Blog paging does not work

Hello, I have found out that if I set paging of my blog page it only shows first ten (I’ve set it to ten) blog posts are shown but when I try to view second (or any other) page with older posts, it always show only the first page.

Here is my page and this is the shortcode that I have set

[blog columns=”1″ categories=”1″ paging=”1″ max=”10″]

I need to solve this because as the posts count increases, the page loading will decrease rapidly in a few months..
