Blog Preview page

Hi ive been messing around a bit to get a blog preview page same as the demo, so you have to click read more to see the story, but they does not seem to be any documentation on it?

i only have 1 story posted so far but it displays all of it, im not sure if it will do it auto or am i missing some settings somewhere?
