Border of the form fileds (both Area, imputtext, etc) when writing in (selected)

Hi,
I’m trying changing color of the field when is selected (both Area, imputtext, etc) or when when writing in.
I get goal for Hover, but not for selected (it remains green as default).
How to change it?
I attach a screen shot where you can see what I tried to do to understand where the error is.
I select FOCUS and I set a different border color (grey).
Probably I’m using a wrong selector.
