We just discovered an issue with the file upload field – when attaching a file that has an apostrophe in the file name, there is an error. The form cannot be submitted.

The error message does not provide any information and seems to be an unintended error.

This happens in both the flash version and the standard version of the file upload field.

Not sure if this issue was introduced in a recent update, or if it has been there for a while. I am surprised we are just discovering it now, as we use QuForm on several sites and have been using it for a long time.

Is there any fix for this? It is a critical issue as we are probably losing out on many potential leads.
