I have file upload enabled and it is not possible to send the message if no file is uploaded.
How to solve that bug or problem?

I have been in contact with the manufacturer of the theme and they have stated that it is not due to their theme but to your plugin.
Do you need to log in to troubleshoot and check?

Thanks for solving the problem. But, be still have a problem! The contact form works, but if you attached any file, it won’t come.
It would be great if you could look into it as soon as possible as it is business critical to get this working.
