Button text ignored (submit)

We have changed the button text, but it is ignored on our website and shows allways only “submit”.

Please help us to fix this issue:

Yes i can confirm, that this issue exist with the setting.

You can see the setting in the code from this site:

So “Nächster Schritt” (german) should appear, but only submit is visible.

Why does this happen? And how to fix it?
