Calculating a hidden field based on a number submitted in text field

Hi,
I have a form which includes a few products. You select the product by clicking the checkbox, and then entering a quantity into the text field.

Now, for some of the products, there is a free item included for each product purchased. Is there a way to have the free item in a hidden field, and times it by the amount that is input in the product quantity field? I need it for the backend so I can see how many I need of the free item when I’m going over the order.
