Can add a product name or url of page in notification ?

Hello themecatcher,

I have create a form and add a form to woocommerce product (https://www.boontaflowers.com/product/anthurium-5).

When customer send form, I have set notification to line with this code (qu-form-code.png) and result is (line-noti-2.png).

But I have many product, I don’t know which product this form came from.

Can add a product name or url of page in notification ? I want to know this notification is come from which product ?
