Can I group entries based on who submitted the form?

I’m wondering whether there is a way to group/sort/organize entries together based on who submitted the form so that an admin can view them in that organized manner within the database. Also, what would be the simplest way to allow the submitter to view their own entries after submitting them?

The submitter would not have access to WordPress, it would just be a someone visiting the site to fill out a form and submit it. Since it’s an order form though, they should have a copy of that as well which is why I’d like to know how to make that possible. I figured the most I can do is allow them to email themselves a copy of the entry.
