It’s probably something really minor… but having read the instructions and having tried dozens of times, I can’t seem to be able to add any new elements to the form… or, at least, I’m receiving an email with all the correct elements that were already there in the “file upload” page sample I began with, but no data whatsoever of the new elements I’m trying to introduce…
I have added this to the html page (link http://www.triestecontemporanea.it/form/emergente2015.html ):
<div class=”quform-group-row quform-group-row-2cols”>
<!– Begin Date element –>
<div class=”quform-element quform-element-date”>
<div class=”quform-spacer”>
<label for=”birthdate”>Date of birth <span class=”quform-required”>*</span></label>
<div class=”quform-input”>
<select name=”birthdate[day]”>

and this to the process-php file:
$birthdate = new Quform_Element_Date(‘birthdate’, ‘Date of birth’);
$birthdate->addValidators(array(‘required’, ‘date’));
$form->addElement($birthdate);$birthcountry = new Quform_Element(‘birthcountry’, ‘Country of Birth’);
$birthcountry->addFilter(‘trim’);
$form->addElement($birthcountry);—
The form appears correctly but I can’t see anything in the emails I receive.
Help! I’m sure there’s something I have missed, but can’t find out what.
