Can not update plugin

I can not update my Quform, my it guy said to ask you the following:-

. email the developers and let them know the themeforest site has a SSL
certificate that expired back in January so auto updates refuse to work

. see if you can find an updated version from anywhere else and send it
to me so I can upload it directly to the wp-content/plugins folder

Can you help me ? thanks so much
