Cannot email with reCpatcha

Hello;

I have some forms, and if I add reCaptcha to the forms, the forms will not email. I get the result in the dashboard, but no email.

the reCaptcha is set properly.

I have tried using php_mail() and SMTP. in both instances, removing reCaptcha is the only think that allows the form to be emailed.
