Can`t activate the license despite purchase code

I had just buy the quform-plugin and try to activate this in the wordpress backend. Unfortunately i get this message:

“An error occurred verifying the license key, please try again. If this problem persists, see this page”

I do not know what i do wrong 🙁

Same to me. Just sent email as requested.
I´ve tried solutions from this link https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/troubleshooting/common-problems/an-error-occurred-verifying-the-license-key, everything ok, same error.

Pls check.
