can’t delete anything on a form, nor can I delete forms anymore

I can’t delete anything on a form- the trash button is gone, nor can I delete forms anymore, and I had to pay $23 just to ask where the heck did the delete buttons go?

I have the same problem but if you click on the emty space of the icon of the recycle bin then it works.

So only the icon is broken by me.
