Can't get the subject pulldown menu info to appear in email submissions

Hey there,

I’ve created a simple form using name, email, subject (pulldown menu with choices) and message. When I test the form, I received everything including the IP Address where it came from except for the selection in the pulldown menu. How can I fix this? Thank you.
