Can't see form when I delete in page template.

Hi,

I want to use some forms in a customized wordpress page template that doesn’t have the footer <?php wp_footer(); ?>. I can’t see the form in this page template.

Is there a way see the form without the <?php wp_footer(); ?> at the end of the page template.
