Can't See/Edit Individual Forms

Hi,

I can see the individual forms but when I select the form to edit I get a blank area (see screenshot). As the mouse passes over the “blank area” the select hand appears as if there’s something there but I cannot see it.
My client’s host is GoDaddy.
All plugins and WordPress core is up to date.

Not sure if it’s a bug or something in settings or ???
