Capitalized letters on outgoing mail

I wonder if there is any solution to make the customers answers in the mail we get in capitalize letters?
Not when they fill the form, but the mail we get from them.

Thanks, worked almost lika a charm, but I noticed it didn´t capitalized swedish letters å, ä, ö .
Are there a simple way to make it also get the swedish characters from the code?
