Our captcha forms are not working anymore. We can see the code and when we fill in the correct code we get an error that the code is not correct. But is is.
What could that be? Got new capthca private and private keys but no results.
Using version: 1.4.16

We tried he steps above. But no effect. We dont have any plugins only q form.
The first time we enter the captcha code it does not work, only on the second try.
What could it be then?
