Capturing persons name and using in content template

I have a client form that is a letter to parliament, and needs to have the person’s name signing off the letter.

Is there a way I can duplicate the persons ‘Name’ field, to allow it to be included in the content of the letter textarea, as per this JING screencast: http://screencast.com/t/VpzWhPAT
