Carpet where forms are saved

I get troubles with my work site, is a localhost that use previous to publish anything, I have working with some forms and I did not export through the the quforms tool, now I want to get back the forms, the css and the js code. Where I can find those files in a carpet? I have a backup of the htdocs carpet which includes the wordpress carpet and also the wp-content and all the plugins including quform
