Centering the Submit button

I have search the site and the forums, and have found no way to center just the submit button in a form, maybe I have missed it, but what would I add to the CSS style to give me a center aligned submit button.

Also I have tried using padding: Xpx, Xpx, Xpx, Xpx for different amounts of padding and it does not work, only one padding number around the whole area, is there something I am doing wrong there?
