Change Color on Storm Theme

Right now the theme is black, is there an easy way to change all the black to say light gray throughout the entire theme?

Yes I would be very interested in having the ability to change the theme color, the only question I would have is how much work would be needed for me to convert over? I have just finally finished putting the final touches on my site? I am not a web programmer….
